Delete your account

The fastest method is to open SC Fitness and choose Settings → Delete account.

If you cannot sign in

Email these7encodes@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Delete my SC Fitness account and say whether you want to delete the entire account or specific data. We will verify that the request belongs to the account owner.

Data deleted

We delete sign-in access, profile, synced steps, routines, history, connections, form checks, files, and internal membership status associated with the account. Deleting from the app also removes that account's local copies. If you request deletion by email, uninstall SC Fitness or clear its app data to remove any copy remaining on that device. The store may retain transaction records required by law. We may also retain a minimal record that the request was completed when legally required.

Cancel renewal

Deleting the SC Fitness account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To prevent future charges, also cancel the subscription through Google Play. You may request deletion before or after canceling; we will process it even if the subscription remains active.
