SC Fitness

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 5, 2026.

SC Fitness, operated by Gabriel Lopez Ruiz, uses the data needed to provide its features: email and sign-in information, name and account type, physical profile and goals, routines, sessions, progress, notes and workout schedules, one-time searches, trainer-client requests and relationships, and photos or videos the user chooses to send for a form check.

Memberships and payments

We process membership status and the technical identifiers needed to validate purchases. SC Fitness does not store full payment card numbers. The store processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own policies.

Use and providers

Data is used to sign users in, synchronize information, create and share routines, show progress, connect users with trainers, and send requested notifications. SC Fitness does not sell personal data.

Text used to find a trainer or client is sent to Firebase only to perform the exact lookup; SC Fitness does not retain it as search history.

Google Firebase processes information for authentication, databases, files, notifications, analytics, and crash diagnostics. Analytics and Crashlytics may process an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, app interactions, purchase or subscription events, an approximate region derived from the IP address, crash logs, stack traces, and performance information. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve SC Fitness, not to sell data or show personalized advertising. The Android release does not request the advertising identifier.

The user's name, email and, if provided, height and current weight are shown to a trainer when the user asks to connect. Accepting a trainer invitation shares the name and optional physical details; rejecting it does not send those details to the trainer.

Reports and blocks

Use Settings → Safety & blocked users to report or block a trainer or client with whom you have had a connection. These controls are also available from the membership screen without an active subscription. For a block, we store the account identifiers involved, the blocked person's name, and the date. For a report, we store the accounts involved, their connection reference, the date, the reason, and any text you submit, which may include a reference to the reported content. We also store the date of your last report to limit repeated submissions.

These records are used to manage blocks, prevent abuse, and enable report review and appropriate safety action. Reports are accessible only through authorized administrative access for moderation; they are not shown to the reported person or other users. Submitting a report does not automatically block the other person.

Blocking ends the connection and prevents new connection requests, routines, and form checks between those accounts while either person has an active block. You can remove only your own block. Unblocking does not restore the connection or remove a block created by the other person. These controls cannot retrieve or remove copies another person has already received, and blocking does not invalidate download links already shared.

SC Fitness is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Optional permissions

Step counting and notifications are optional. Before requesting physical-activity access, we explain that the step count is stored on the device and synchronized with the user's Firebase account to preserve history. Steps are not shared with trainers or sold. Either feature can be disabled from Settings.

Retention and security

We retain data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service and satisfy legal obligations. Account and trainer-client access controls are applied.

Delete your data

If your email is awaiting verification or your account profile is incomplete, you can delete the account from that sign-in screen without purchasing a membership.

Open Settings → Delete account to delete the account, its associated Firebase data, that account's steps and other local copies on the device, and reset the local Analytics identifier. A normal sign-out retains that account's step history so it can be restored after signing in again. If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion page.

Account deletion also removes reports in which that account is the reporter or reported person, related blocks, and the record used to limit its report submissions. It cannot remove copies other users have saved outside SC Fitness systems.

Technical security or diagnostic records that no longer directly identify the account may be retained for the provider's operational retention period or where required by law.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To prevent another renewal, also cancel the subscription through Google Play. Deletion is processed whether the subscription has already been canceled or remains active.
